you said you wanted to achieve atmosphere and i think you did. it was well animated, and the graphics were superb. the only problem i could think of was that it was too short, but that may not have been a bad thing, after all if it was too long it could have ruined the mood you were aiming for.
overall great job and brilliant effort.
